How it works
From "Get expert help" to fixed
Tell us what's wrong
In the plugin, click Get expert help next to a problem, or open the Get expert help tab. Describe the problem, pick the page, and choose whether to attach a diagnostic report.
Pay once
Pay $100 on Gumroad's checkout, which opens in a new tab. The plugin never sees your card. Paste the licence key from your receipt into the plugin.
Let us in
Install the small Expert Access add-on from your receipt and click Allow expert access. Access lasts 14 days, and you can switch it off any time.
We fix it
Our speed engineers fix the problem by hand. You can read every action in the activity log on your own site, and messages from the team show in the plugin.

What a one-click fix can't do
- A page that looks wrong or breaks after a speed change
- A plugin conflict or a layout problem
- Problems the plugin finds but has no one-click fix for, like unused styles, render-blocking scripts, YouTube embeds, chat widgets or a heavy database
Each Expert Fix covers one problem. If you have several, each one is a separate Expert Fix.
You stay in control
- No passwords shared. You never send us a login. Access runs through the Expert Access add-on.
- Every action is signed. Commands must carry a signature made with a key only our engineers hold. Nothing else can send commands to your site.
- Every action is logged on the Expert Access screen of your own site: when, what, and the result.
- Every change can be undone. Before any change, the add-on saves what it is about to change.
- Closes by itself. After 14 days, when the work is marked done, when you switch it off, or when you deactivate the add-on.

What the add-on allows
While access is on, our engineers can read your site's settings, pages, plugin list and error log, change speed-related settings and page content, switch plugins on or off, and run the plugin's own fixes with its backups and tests.
It never runs code sent to it, never uploads or edits files, and never changes other users or passwords. Passwords, keys, wp-config.php and customer data such as orders and form entries are left out.
If our engineers need to sign in, they use a temporary administrator account called "expert-access" with one-time links that expire after 15 minutes. The account is deleted when access ends.
